Do I have a security with my accounts?

Account security is paramount to ensure maximum enjoyment of GameClub.com games and is ultimately the sole responsibility of each gamer since accounts cannot be compromised through the GameClub.com website itself. Most "hacked" or compromised accounts are a direct result of sharing login information with friends or relatives, downloading malicious files from new online acquaintances or questionable sites, and online phishing.

Where can I change my account information? (Address, phone number, Email address etc)

You must login to CrossFire homepage and go to "change my information" in "My Account".
Once you have changed your account information, press "confirm" and your info will be changed.
However, you cannot change your name, user Id and Password.

I cant remember my user ID and password?

Go to CrossFire homepage and click "My Account" > "Check ID/PW" to retrieve your ID and Password.
Fill up the questions and follow the steps to retrieve your ID and Password.

What do I do if I was scammed or defrauded?

MyGame.ph members should not attempt to gain unfair advantages or agree to receive in-game assets by directly sharing account information or visiting questionable sites indirectly extracting account information. This will almost always end in completely unexpected results. Despite numerous warnings given to our users about fraudulent websites and the issues that can occur with using them, there are still a large number of people advertising fraudulent sites and thus attracting many young users into their disadvantage.
However it"s every user"s duty and responsibility to keep their personal information, such as their account password, safe and not to entrust it to anyone under any circumstances. Therefore we unfortunately are unable to compensate those users whose accounts are affected due to visiting the fraudulent sites, or due to having given out their password to others for any reason.

What should I do if I think someone else is using my email address?

In the unlikely event that someone else has intentionally signed up for a GameClub.com account using your email address, you have control over said account and have the opportunity to play the account.
If someone else has control over your email email address, we recommend that you change your GameClub.com account information, specifically your email address, immediately. The email address should be changed to one over which you have sole and complete control. Whoever has control of your email address can change its password and then control your GameClub.com account.

How do I change my account password?

Login to www.GameClub.com
Click on “My Account” on top of the page
Input the new password in the blank beside the "Password" and also in the blank beside
the "Confirm" then press the CONFIRM button.
